WHAT TO EXPECT WITH US?

Analysis and evaluation of complex error patterns
Management and monitoring of incidents and defects in the Octane tool
Assignment and complaint to the responsible departments
Independent clarification of questions together with your interface partners and bringing about decisions and solutions
Participation in various rounds with interface partners and ensuring communication flow
Support of the continuous improvement process (CIP) of our team

WHAT YOU BRING:

Completed technical studies or a comparable qualification
Ideally professional experience in the automotive industry
Expertise in the field of vehicle electronics/electrics
Proficient in common MS Office programs
Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and a customer and serviceoriented mindset
Reliable work ethic, quick comprehension, and enjoyment of working in a team
Very good German and good English skills are mandatory
