We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Tech Lead to join our team in Jericho, NY and help us create engaging and highly engaging mobile games using Unity.

Just Dice is a leading app discovery company in Europe, operating mobile marketing platforms and games in 30 countries. Our goal is to develop software that can run on any mobile device in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Producers, Artists, Designers, and our Frontend & Backend Engineering teams
  • Lead the technical direction of our games teams, establishing technical guidelines, processes, and architecture for both casual and multiplayer games.
  • Develop gameplay features and game prototypes, troubleshoot technical issues and bugs.
  • Participate in agile development planning.
  • Share your expertise by mentoring team members and conducting code reviews.
  • Work with the Backend Services team to design multiproduct services, solutions, and APIs.
  • Have a direct impact on the development of new gameplay experiences and the evolution of our core game technologies from concept to release and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with gameplay programming using Unity C# in a studio or team environment.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Familiarity with the latest Unity technology, including
