Your responsibilities

We look forward to your active support in recruiting new employees for our regional company
You take care of posting job advertisements, initiating personnel marketing measures and ensuring the smooth running of our application processes
Preselecting candidates is just as much a part of your agenda as conducting phone interviews or organizing job interviews and selection days
You also create evaluations, reports and presentations and coordinate further training measures

Your profile

Completed commercial training or first professional experience
Committed, structured and reliable work style with a high level of service orientation
Quick comprehension and good understanding of numbers
Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment of varied tasks
Knowledge of MS Office
