Your responsibilities:

Customer service:
Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, etc. Resolving problems, complaints, and requests in a professional and customer-oriented manner.

Order management:
Processing orders, contracts, and returns. Monitoring the ordering process, updating customer data, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience.

Product advice:
Providing information on products or services, including features, applications, and availability. Assisting with product selection and recommending solutions that meet customer needs.

Complaint handling:
Accepting and processing complaints and feedback from customers according to the complaint process.

Master data maintenance:
Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems with relevant information on customer interactions and inquiries.


Your profile:
You have excellent communication skills.
You are empathetic and patient in dealing with customers.
You are resilient and able to solve problems.
You have experience working with MS Office products.
