A Top-Producing Real Estate team is looking for a
Part-Time Sales / Marketing Assistant to manage the day-to-day operation of the business as well as support future growth.

Your responsibilities will play an important role in growing the team and could lead to Full-Time Position.

Duties Include

• Update & Track CRM a. Track Incoming Leads & Follow-Ups
• Help Plan & Organize Community & Client Events a. Movie Night in the Park b. Beach Day & Sand Castles
• Come up with Video Ideas & Help Outline the content
• Be Familiar with
  YouTube as we have a growing Youtube Channel
• Help facilitate Monthly Print newsletter
• Help organize Client Gifts
• Help Create Marketing Materials for Listings
• Plan Showing Tours for Clients
• Schedule Inspections for Buyers
• Calendar Management
• Occasional Weekend Work May be needed
• Experience in Real Estate or mortgage is a plus but not a requirement.
• Super Organized

Who You Are:
Highly skilled, focused individual with at least 2+ years of experience working in an administrative/support role


Tech-Savvy:

You embrace technology, have an aptitude for learning new programs and can operate in basic Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word).

Familiar with Video a Plus but not required


Customer-focused: You know how to effectively communicate with people, both verbally and in written form. You are a solutions-oriented problem solver, comfortable with asking questions.


Adaptive:
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, small business environment where tasks and priorities can change quickly. My Business has been built around
Video & Social media - Mainly
Youtube. An Interest in Video would be helpful but not required as long as you are willing to learn. Job Will be Part-Time hrs a week) to Start but could lead to Full-Time.
