Seeking Full-Time Experienced Paralegal for an Austin-based Family Law firm representing moderate to high net worth clients. Our law firm works in a team-based approach, from the initial client meeting through post-divorce litigation.

The paralegal will work directly with all of our attorneys and will have the opportunity to appear in court on cases in which the paralegal has assisted.

The role of Paralegal will include, but is not limited to: management of client files; drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, court orders, settlement offers, legal briefs and other case-related documents; assisting with case strategy; attending client meetings; conducting legal research; assisting with trial preparation as directed by attorneys and paralegals; participating in court proceedings.

Other duties as assigned. This is a full time, in office position.

• High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• Experience in Family Law highly preferred, but not required.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word and Excel).
• Must be detailoriented, wellorganized, and demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, proofreading and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a selfstarter and able to multitask multiple projects and priorities.
