ABOUT THE ROLE:


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Contact clients to obtain proper power of attorney forms/authorizations required for successful Resolution Eligibility. Review documentation to confirm clients' names and social security numbers are accurately recorded and on file.

  • Collaborate closely with the Tax Investigation team to ensure a seamless workflow and provide support as needed. Perform other essential job functions as required or assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
  • Consistent time and attendance is crucial not only for operational efficiency and team collaboration, but also to meet the high standards of client needs.
  • Ensure all power of attorney forms and authorizations are properly organized and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Enter client information and update case notes accurately and promptly in the CRM system. Maintain comprehensive and uptodate records of all client interactions and documentations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in obtaining necessary documentation and providing support to clients.
  • We expect all employees to maintain professional and respectful interactions, conduct, and behavior in the workplace and during company functions, in accordance with TaxRise standards.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced work environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for professional interactions with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, Excel, Google Gmail, Calendly, and internal communication software.

PAY RANGE:
$ per hour
