Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Secrecy Act Officer.
As the Bank Secrecy Act Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to anti-money laundering and financial crimes.
Duties:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other relevant regulations
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our antimoney laundering (AML) program
- Monitor and investigate suspicious activities, including reviewing transaction reports and conducting due diligence on customers
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, such as Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), in a timely manner
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide guidance on compliancerelated matters
- Stay uptodate with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to AML and financial crimes
- Conduct training sessions for employees to promote awareness of BSA requirements
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bank BSA compliance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC, CIP, AML
- Experience with regulatory reporting requirements and familiarity with regulatory agencies such as FinCEN
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and implement appropriate controls
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Pay:
$118, $130,879.00 per year
