Your future tasks

  • Providing individual care for our mentally ill clients of all ages
  • Support with daily tasks
  • Implementation of care documentation and planning
  • Responsibility for medication distribution
  • Close contact with clients, family members, and doctors
  • Compliance with quality assurance measures
  • Participation in the professional guidance and development of nursing assistants, trainees, and interns
Requirements

What you bring

  • Completed vocational training in elderly or health and nursing care
  • Additional training as a psychiatric care specialist (m/f/d)
  • Confidence in working with mentally ill and dependent individuals
  • Empathy and sense of responsibility
