    As part of the Moon Crew, your primary job is to engage with the customer to share your passion for our brands and drive sales.

    The Palmetto Moon Sales Associate is responsible for the following:
    ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates excellent customer service and selling skillsKnowledgeable about all brands and sharing that knowledge with customersWorks as part of a team to meet individual and store objectivesReplenish sales floor as needed, maximizing customer shopabilityMaintains visibility on the selling floor, enhancing the service experienceKnows and properly executes Point of Sale procedures to ensure a quick transactionEffectively handles multiple customersCommunicates effectively with associates and managementPackage customer merchandise with careThrough floor presence, minimizes shortageQualificationsMust be at least 16 years old to applyEnjoys meeting and interacting with customersDependable and flexible with scheduled shiftsWillingness to learn and take directionDetail orientedPhysical Requirements - ability to bend, twist, stoop and stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift materials up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
