We are currently seeking a Technical Real Estate Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Leipzig as soon as possible. This role involves managing the economic and technical development of our diverse portfolio of residential properties. You will work closely with the responsible commercial real estate managers (m/w/d) and caretakers (m/w/d) in an object team, ensuring timely completion of major maintenance projects and budget management for the neighborhood.
