We are looking for you as Deputy Head of Day Design (m/f/d) in Nidda, Mount Blanchard, OH:

The Wetteraukreis gGmbH for Disabled Assistance (bhw) promotes, supports and accompanies people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. Social participation, vocational qualification and integration into the general labor market are essential goals of the company.

In the Day Design department, we operate four workshops and day care facilities as well as a central vocational training area.

There, we support people with disabilities to enable them to find a suitable place in the working world.

Your future responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include all facilities in the Day Design department, i.e. all workshops, day care facilities, kitchen operations, and the vocational training area.
As part of an orderly succession plan, you are responsible for implementing and further developing the concepts and contribute to the strategic orientation of the overall company.
You manage the organization of participation offers and ensure attractive work, qualification, and education opportunities based on economic and pedagogical aspects.
