- Performs complex budget formulations, execution, and financial management involving trend analysis and detailed analysis of funding needs for a $2.4B organic repair program; the largest and most complex program in the Air Force Working Capital Fund.
- Provides expert financial advice on complex financial issues, assessments of implementing decisions, and the implementation of command initiatives.
- Conducts financial and cost reviews to determine resource requirements based on actual and forecasted workload.
- Assists and advises Division Chief in formulating adequate control to maintain efficient and effective utilization of resources.
