Description

Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Premium - Full time Night shift

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital Medical Unit is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who is a capable and caring clinician, focused on expanding knowledge and skills; consistently provides effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a diverse medical patient population.

Part Time / Nights / Sign On Bonus available for eligible RNs

2 12 hour shifts per week (7p-7a)

The Medical unit has 36 comfortably appointed, private inpatient rooms. The unit includes a relaxation room for staff in addition to a staff locker/break room. We are a dynamic group who respect and encourage teamwork and peer to peer recognition and mentoring.

Staff is actively involved in Shared Governance through committee work, both on the unit and hospital level; ensuring that nurses are involved in decision making and have a voice at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience
BLS, American Heart Association for Healthcare Provider certification required.
RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 24 months of start date.
