RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes to strict sanitation requirements
• Operate the dishwasher as needed; keep the dish storage, service line, and prep areas organized and clean
• Enjoy the fast pace of our restaurant; the dishwasher's pace is critical to turning tables and keeping up with rushes
• Keep an eye out for any repair needs; report them as necessary
• Monitor, empty, and clean all trash and recycling bins
• Be comfortable standing for long periods of time as well as lifting/loading up to 40 pounds
• Assist kitchen staff and follow instructions to keep operations moving as smoothly as possible

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work PM shifts which start at 4pm and weekends AM and/or PM shifts
• Looking for an individual who is willing to start immediately

Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour
