- Construction Estimator
- Salary $75,000 - $100,000 Annually
- Preserve the Trust of our established clients from the past 50+ years of being in business
- Identify labor, material, equipment, & time required by reviewing proposals, scope, specifications, & related documents
- Attend pre-bid meetings, job site walks, & post-bid meetings with our team
- Obtain bids from vendors & subcontractors by specifying materials, identifying qualified subcontractors, & negotiating prices
- Collaborate with our internal team, engineers, architects and subcontractors to create detailed estimates
- Proficiency with estimation software or MS Office products
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions, management of change orders and industry standards
- Ensure timely accurate completion of estimates
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market conditions
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract document to create comprehensive proposals
- Apply knowledge of building, construction, & property restoration materials & methods needed to complete a successful project
- Knowledge of local, state, & national building codes, regulations, and
- Willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
- Utilize Construction Management software such as Xactimate, Sage, Microsoft Projects, etc.

- 5+ Years of Construction Estimating
- 5+ Years of Carpentry Experience
- 5+ Years of Estimating Software
- Current Valid Drivers' License and Ability to Operate Motor Vehicles
- Xactimate software experience
- Available to travel for out-of-state site meetings
- At times; lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
- Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
- Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
