    Description

    Roncelli, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Estimator that has a minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial construction estimating, engineering, or similar experience.



    The Estimator will be responsible for estimating construction costs including planning and scheduling. Provide and/or coordinate full estimating services and all types of contracts. Prepare competitive bid proposals, conceptual estimating, value engineering and provide appropriate estimating services on construction management proposals.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in a construction, engineering architecture or an associate's degree and/or previous experience commensurate with the requirements of the position.



    Experience: 5 or more years of related experienced preferred.

    • CPR and 1st Aid trained preferred.
    • Strong computer skills.
    • Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques, all engineering disciplines, cost control systems and accounts required.
    • Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts.
    • Ability to coordinate and supervise estimating team on larger complex estimates.
    • A positive attitude and demeanor, a go-getting attitude, strong verbal communication, professionalism, customer focused, organization and team orientated mindset, strong general clerical skills, and strong organizational skills.
