As the
Team Lead Sales Development (M/F/x), you will lead a team of SDRs to successfully generate inbound and outbound leads
Your tasks will include:
- Training, coaching, and developing the SDR team to achieve 100% quota attainment.
- Implementing and monitoring tactical and operational plans, as well as necessary tools, to meet performance targets.
- Setting an example by achieving sales targets using best practices.
- Collaborating with the CEO to provide valuable insights and feedback on the market and develop new lead generation strategies.
- Working closely with the Account Executive team to ensure highquality lead handover.
- Ensuring efficient data management in our CRM with the support of our Sales Ops Specialist.
Now let's talk about you:
- You have experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- You have a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- You are familiar with sales KPIs
