Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Manage a team of personal bankers to achieve branch goals
  • Provide leadership and guidance in customer relationship management
  • Oversee loan processing, mortgage servicing, and other banking transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members

Requirements:


  • Experience in personal banking, including loan processing and mortgage servicing
  • Strong knowledge of FNMA guidelines and basic math skills
  • Proven track record in relationship management and customer service
  • Excellent team management and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with bank operations and procedures

Pay:
From $19.74 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
