As an IT system administrator (m/f/d), you will support our managed services customers in a dynamic team. You will handle incoming tickets and document your activities.

Your tasks

IT system administrator, what tasks can you expect from us...

  • You will handle all incoming IT inquiries by phone in daily business
  • You will ensure the functionality and operational safety of the IT infrastructure
  • You will analyze technical problems
  • You can independently derive and implement solution proposals
  • You will document the disruptions and their solutions in the ticket system
  • You are proficient in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows server-client environments
  • You administer Microsoft Active Directory and other server roles

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist or have equivalent knowledge
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar field
  • Handling incoming calls and documenting them comes easily to you
  • You are an open, communicative person with a passion for contributing your own ideas
  • Teamwork, organizational skills, and willingness to learn are among your strengths
