We are currently seeking a motivated apprentice for our stationary facilities in Kiel and Nortorf, as well as our outpatient and partial inpatient locations in the regions of Kaltenkirchen, Kiel, and Neumünster, starting on April 1st (or variable).

The ideal candidate will be a motivated apprentice for the position of nursing specialist (m/f/d) with empathy and a passion for working with people.

Responsibilities and Duties

The apprenticeship for nursing specialists (m/f/d) combines the former three vocational training programs for elderly care, health and nursing care, and pediatric nursing.

Tasks during the apprenticeship include:

  • Preparation for current and future demands of the nursing profession;
  • Planning, organizing, designing, managing, and evaluating nursing processes and diagnostics in acute and long-term care situations;
  • Developing a professional identity and ensuring the well-being of our entrusted individuals through individual, activating, and holistic care and support.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least a middle school diploma (MSA) or a good first general education diploma (ESA) with at least two years of completed vocational training or a degree as a nursing assistant (m/f/d);
  • Ability to communicate
