We are currently seeking a
full-time Assistant (m/f/d) to the Human Resources Director for a temporary assignment at our client's internationally recognized research institute located in Hollygrove, WV.

The mission includes:

- tracking of absences
- support for the HR department and HR director
- preparation and forwarding of general correspondence
- verification of guest residence permits

Requirements:

- completed commercial training
- good knowledge of MS Office and English
- professional experience in personnel administration or as a personal assistant
- knowledge of SAP HCM is desirable
