• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Stay uptodate on product knowledge and promotions
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or wireless sales, is preferred
• Knowledge of technical specifications of electronic products is a plus
• Ability to provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
