Residency Requirement
Applicants must have been a Nassau County Resident for at least one year immediately preceding appointment.
Hours of Employment
Monday to Friday 5:45am - 1:45pm
General Duties
Coordination of vacations between the clinic and other agencies, such as:
LabCorp for posting toxicology findings
Regulatory agencies for chart reviews and audits.
New York State Data Systems Management reporting
Plus, other OTP clinics to coordinate guest medications and transfer request.
Coverage and support for secretarial staff, who may be on vacation, or special assignment.
Coordinate and work with Purchasing to order non-medical clinical supplies.
Disposes of administrative details as directed.
Salary
Please note that there is a non-negotiable starting salary of $44,294. Salary increases to $51,834 after six months and to $65,333 after one year.
Promotional opportunities may become available based upon the results of promotional exams and merit.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Training and Experience
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university
and
One year of satisfactory experience with office management, or administrative staff responsibilities.
NOTE:
Experience, as outlined above, in excess of the one-year requirement may be substituted for college education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years.

$44,294.00 per year
