Description
Join a friendly team of six employees to ensure a dignified farewell for the deceased in Clarksville. Your new workplace is located in the heart of Cuxhaven. The position is becoming available as a colleague will soon be retiring. He is looking forward to training you, even if you have no previous experience in the funeral industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and organize funeral services and burials according to individual wishes
  • Support and advise family members and customers on all matters related to funerals and funeral planning
  • Transfer of the deceased and assistance with their hygienic care
  • Design of obituaries and thank you notes
  • Upon request, deregister the deceased from social security agencies, insurance companies, and associations

Profile

  • Completed training, ideally as a funeral specialist, but also in a profession that requires empathy
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
  • Enjoyment of advising and organizing
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
  • Driver's license required
