YOUR TASKS WITH US:

  • You will independently source new investment opportunities for wind, solar, and PV projects
  • You will be the project leader in the transaction process and manage resources and stakeholders
  • You will analyze and evaluate investment opportunities and coordinate with the team on items such as process letters, etc.
  • You will develop a suitable transaction strategy
  • You will review cash flow models and financing requests for refinancing our projects and act as a sparring partner for younger colleagues
  • You will conduct discussions with existing and potential investors, project partners, or banks and negotiate collaborations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You have a degree in business or a commercial education with a further degree
  • You have relevant professional experience in asset management, banking, investment funds, private equity, project development, or transaction consulting
  • Your structured way of working and high level of self-organization set you apart
