For high school graduates, we offer training positions in the field of business in cooperation with the Dual University of Applied Sciences BW VillingenSchwenningen (DHBW).

The dual study program lasts for six semesters. During the entire study period, students are also in an apprenticeship with ENRW.

Each semester consists of three months of theoretical studies at DHBW and three months of practical training at ENRW.

In the basic studies (1st-4th semester), students will acquire a broad knowledge in core business subjects, as well as basic knowledge in economics and law.

In the specialization studies, students can choose one of the following areas: * Marketing and Sales Management * Materials Management and Production * Human Resource Management During the practical phases, training will take place in all commercial departments of

ENRW:

Finance and Accounting
Controlling
Purchasing, Materials Management, and Warehouse
Human Resources
Customer Service
Press / Public Relations
Trade / Sales
