• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments using cash registers or electronic payment systems

• Proficiency in culinary knowledge and food preparation techniques
• Strong math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
• Exceptional guest services and food service skills
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar pointofsale systems preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
