We are in search of a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to become a part of our Portland, Oregon team. As the Managed Service Provider (MSP), NTT DATA is responsible for providing essential IT support for our Portland-based customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
More than 10 years' experience in Project and Program Management leading a team of at least 10 full-time employees.5 years' experience in Service Delivery management with broad business acumen and managerial expertise.
5 years' experience managing an IT Infrastructure Project/Program.
ITIL V3 CertificationRequired to be a US Citizen or Green Card HolderMust reside within a commutable distance from Portland, OregonPreferred QualificationsPMP CertificationIT Certifications:
HDI Support Center Analyst, Service Desk, MCITP, MCSA, MCA, RedHat, Linux or equivalent
