    Our semiconductor client is looking to add a Sales Development Director to their team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is a full-time role with benefits and pay is DOE.

    Responsibilities:

    Market Analysis and Strategy:
    Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
    Develop business strategies aligned with company objectives.

    Customer Relationship Management:
    Build strong relationships with clients.
    Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

    New Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new opportunities.
    Lead contract negotiations and agreements.

    Product and Solution Development:
    Collaborate with product teams to enhance solutions.
    Gather market feedback to drive innovation.

    Sales Management:
    Conduct product demos and presentations.
    Set sales targets and oversee performance.

    Industry Engagement:
    Represent the company at industry events.
    Build a network of industry contacts.

    Financial Analysis:
    Monitor sales performance and market trends.
    Prepare reports for senior management.

    Requirements:
    BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
    Extensive experience in semiconductor business development.
    Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing.
    Proven track record of revenue growth.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    Strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
    Willingness to travel as needed.
