On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join their team at the Monheim am Rhein location as soon as possible. Our client is a highly successful provider of online dating websites.

Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)
Full-time / Part-time (YF-SKDk-2410)

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and processing of registrations, profile approvals and changes, etc. on online dating sites in compliance with site guidelines (approval and blocking of content, identification of fake profiles)
  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries regarding contracts (cancellations, complaint management, and correspondence with external parties) primarily in written form (automated through the CRM system or by mail using templates; occasional phone support)

Your profile:

  • Proficient in using a PC
  • High level of concentration for repetitive tasks to avoid errors
  • Trustworthiness and confidentiality regarding customer data
  • Fast and accurate work style
  • Fluent in German
