    Job Responsibilities:
    Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principlesSupervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employeesMaintain and promote customer and owner satisfactionReview the forecasting of unit sales and gross profitOversee management of new and used vehicle operationsJob Qualifications : Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skillsStrong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items at onceStrong attention to detailWe are looking for someone with a proven and verifiable track record of:High CSI and Sales VolumeLong term stability in your previous employmentProduct Knowledge
