  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

_Education and Experience:
_


  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • One year in a vehicle parts department preferred.

_Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications:_

  • Oversees the Parts Sales process from start to finish.
  • Communicates with customers on parts status.
  • Communicates with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Must be able to read and understand the Parts Catalog when looking up parts.
  • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
  • Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock.
  • Notifies Parts Manager of outofstock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
  • Locates outofstock parts from outside sources and submits an Emergency Order, if necessary.

_Physical Requirements:

  • Required to stand, sit, use hand to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Frequently is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with hands and arms, take, and hear.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
