    Description

    Rental Market Development Representative at XYZ Company

    Are you passionate about heavy equipment and sales? Come join us at XYZ Company as a Rental Market Development Representative, where you'll be responsible for promoting top brands like John Deere, Wirtgen, and Ditch Witch equipment as well as Allied product rentals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers with equipment recommendations and technology advancements to boost productivity
    • Ensure all equipment deliveries meet rental agreement conditions
    • Monitor customer satisfaction with products
    • Collect unpaid invoices and help with Accounts Receivables
    • Maintain and build customer relationships
    • Provide excellent customer service experiences
    • Service existing customers and prospect new ones
    • Engage in continuous training to stay informed about the latest products and services

    Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Support Rental Sale Manager(s) with sales and marketing tasks
    • Input contact information for advertising and customer retention initiatives
    • Assist with lead generation campaigns
    • Perform trade-in evaluations
    • Work closely with the Rental Manager and Order Fulfillment department
    • Track bids and assist with marketing programs
    • Conduct surveys and send thank you letters to customers
    • Update and maintain company website
    • Assist with company events to enhance customer relationships
    • Create marketing materials and information displays

    Requirements:

    • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
    • Strong PC skills
    • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing technology
    • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
    • Customer-oriented and professional mindset
    • Strong organizational and planning abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PC applications
    • Associate's Degree or relevant Heavy Equipment sale/rental experience
