    This role holds significant importance in bolstering our market presence and molding the distinctive identity of our brands.

    The selected candidate will spearhead the planning and execution of crucial initiatives, encompassing product launches, branding strategies, promotional endeavors, and event support.

    We are seeking an innovative and seasoned Brand Manager capable of driving revenue through impactful programs.

    Collaborating closely with our sales team and channel partners, this position is pivotal in guaranteeing the brand's representation across diverse channels, and ensuring the success of promotional efforts and advertising strategies.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand execution.

    Oversee brand communication, including messaging, visual identity, and tone, to maintain a strong and authentic brand voice.
    Manage and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance brand reach and impact.

    Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of brand initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Take ownership and execute goals and strategies that match up to channel expectationsPartner with Sales Managers in providing unique marketing support to customersExecute events and tradeshows, track results and build market awarenessMeasure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goalsCollaborate with social and digital agencies on product opportunities and design of brand standardsRequirementsPreferred Education and Experience:
    Bachelors or Associate's degree a plus and at least 4 years of experience in a marketing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Knowledge and Personal Attributes:


    Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or related roleCreative thinking and the ability to develop innovative and compelling brand campaigns and messages that resonate with the target audienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and maintain a consistent brand voice across various channelsStrong project management skills to plan and execute key product launches, branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and eventsAutomotive industry experience a plusAbility to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlinesStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google AdWords and analytics and general SEO toolsThe pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; degrees, licensure, and certifications; and other organizational needs.

    At the RANDYS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

    The current pay scale for this role is from $70,000 to $90,000.

    Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) Plan with company match, and PTO/Vacation and paid company holidays.

    This is a full-time position in Everett (no telecommuting). We offer an excellent work/life balance and strong benefits. Compensation is competitive, including salary plus uncapped commission. All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and a background and credit check. We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
