    Position Description:
    E-J is seeking a Senior Estimator with MTA/ NYCTA Signal System experience. E-J Estimator's work as a team performing comprehensive estimates on a computerized estimating system.

    Division: Signal
    Location: Long Island City, NY

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform a complete take off
    • Review all project documents
    • Work with clients and vendors to prepare comprehensive and accurate estimates
    • Attend scope review meetings
    • Participate in project turnover to field prices
    Qualifications:
    • Highly motivated team player
    • 5+ years' experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Practical knowledge of construction (new & renovation)
    • Transit experience a plus
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, computerized estimating a plus

    Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000/year
