Your Responsibilities

Answering phone inquiries and complaints regarding benefits
Processing benefit claims and reviewing cost estimates
Conducting qualified, challenging, and individual phone calls and written correspondence
Evaluating and assessing doctor inquiries and medical reports
Implementing work instructions and contractual and feerelated criteria
