Your responsibilities:

Complete order processing and sales support for incoming inquiries until order fulfillment for our customers, distributors, and branches
Creation and maintenance of customer data, as well as point of contact for customers
Support for assigned customers or regions and ensuring customer satisfaction
Preparation and followup of offers
Order entry, verification, and confirmation, as well as tracking of confirmed delivery dates
Creation and maintenance of forecasts in collaboration with the sales field team
Support in project management (kickoff meetings, calculation and tracking of milestones, and project deliveries)
General administrative tasks, such as customer evaluations and international correspondence
