POSITION SCOPE

Main Responsibilities:
- respond to sales leads
- generate own leads by prospecting for new clients and developing new accounts
- identify, document, and track opportunities electronically
- develop and implement account plans and strategies for existing customers and targeted new customers
- continuously learn about products, new product options, market trends
- provide answers to customer inquiries
- do takeoffs
- generate quotes, agreements, proposals and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- close sales
- report to sales manager
- perform other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS, ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- minimum 1 year prior window & door sales experience is required
- minimum 2 years prior construction outside sales experience
- energetic, goal oriented, and highly organized personality with excellent time management skills
- motivated, self-starter
- strong work ethic with the ability to self-motivate
- history of being a team player
- ability to prospect new business via referral sources and warm calling (leads are provided) and/or cold calling
- a high degree of self-motivation and proactive personality
- excellent communication (oral and written), presentation and negotiation skills
- strong follow up and closing skills
- the ability to present products in response to unique customer needs
- high level of integrity in all business dealings

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office) knowledge
- ability to read plans
- clean driving record

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

- full time position, with Monday through Friday business hours

Pay:
$50, $250,000.00 per year
