Description
For our Le Crobag Shop in Dresden, we are currently looking for a Shop Manager (m/f/d).

Main tasks:
✓ Responsibility for sales and results of the retail shop
✓ Management of a sales team to achieve company goals
✓ Selection, motivation, and development of employees
✓ Organization and implementation of a smooth daily operation in the shop, including inventory control and staff planning
✓ Providing excellent service, ensuring our quality and hygiene concept, and promoting the Le Crobag philosophy
✓ Active participation in sales and production


Profile:
✓ Ideally completed training and/or relevant work experience in the food industry, (system) gastronomy, or hotel industry
✓ Previous management experience is an advantage
✓ Strong service and customer-oriented mindset
✓ Good understanding of business principles
✓ Commitment, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
✓ High sense of responsibility and reliability
✓ Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft Office applications
