As we grow, we are looking for a skilled Lead Line Cook to lead our salad bar operations with creativity and a passion for wholesome cuisine.

    Job Description:

    Position: Lead Line Cook - Plenty Goods' Salad Bar
    Location: Company Address
    Employment Type: Full-time, Salary $45-46k per year

    Responsibilities:

    • Food Preparation: Ensure ingredient freshness and quality, and adhere to food safety standards.
    • Cooking and Assembly: Supervise salad assembly, dressing preparation, and presentation.
    • Team Leadership: Guide kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and promote collaboration.
    • Quality Control: Monitor food quality and maintain excellence standards.
    • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
    • Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation following health regulations.
    • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and ensure a positive dining experience.
    • Training and Development: Train new staff on procedures and standards.
    • Performance Evaluation: Provide feedback and recognize contributions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a line cook or sous chef, focusing on salad preparation.
    • Knowledge of ingredients, flavor profiles, and culinary techniques for salad bars.
    • Strong leadership skills to motivate kitchen staff.
    • Organizational and time management abilities for a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
    • Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
