About Us

ProChem GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed company located in Hopkinsville. We provide contract services for well-known companies in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, specializing in synthesis, drying, mixing, grinding, extrusion, pelletizing, granulation, and packaging. With four locations in Hesse and Saarland, we have a team of approximately 150 employees.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager (m/f/d) for our Bensheim location to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

Supporting the commercial director in all relevant matters
Independently carrying out optimization projects and implementing organizational measures at all company locations
Developing reporting processes
Preparing monthly key figures and reports for management
Assisting with preparations for annual audits

Your Profile

Master's degree in business administration, law, industrial engineering, or a related field
Affinity for numbers and a good understanding of business processes
Willingness to familiarize yourself with the business processes of a production company and analyze them on-site
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a high level of initiative and reliability
