Service Technician for Anderson Island, WA

Full-time position


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct technical assessment of incoming service requests to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Determine necessary materials for scheduling and creating quotes
  • Analyze data logs to support service operations
  • Assist with technical inquiries from dispatch
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Assign service tasks to external partners and follow up on completed tasks
  • Efficiently schedule and manage own team of technicians
  • Handle warranty requests
  • Simplified complaint management

Requirements:


  • Completed technical training in heating/cooling technology, preferably with additional certification as a technician or equivalent
  • Previous experience in service/customer service (HVAC)
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems preferred
  • Customeroriented with strong communication skills
