Description

Shawsheen Valley Technical High School is seeking an Operational Technician in the Educational Technology department to assist in budget tracking, inventory/supply management, and first-level requests in various aspects of the department.

Additional tasks include but not limited to assisting faculty and support staff, research information as needed, and demonstrate excellent and timely follow-through.

Adheres to all the Educational Technology procedures relating to software installation, hardware, inventory, and additional procedures defined by the Educational Technology Department.


Qualifications:


  • Associate degree or equivalent experience/certifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in the following software/interfaces is desirable:
  • Microsoft Office/Office365, ASPEN, Help Desk
  • Excellent customer service skills and organization
This position has a mid-July start date.


Pay:
$58, $70,000.00 per year
