- Community Presence - Develops commercial account relationships through active community engagement and superior member follow up. Strive to be a leader in the business community and a known resource for information and services by attending and contributing to local/regional networking and entrepreneurial endeavors.
- Innovation - Suggests and/or proposes new commercial lending products. Works with Director of Commercial Lending to develop and implement plans for expansion of commercial lending programs through product enhancement or process improvement while keying in on member experience and keeping abreast of changes in the industry and changing trends in commercial lending.
- Member Relationships - Responsible to develop loan leads, potential lead sources and loan applications in the Commercial Loan area in accordance with goals set forth by the Director of Commercial Lending.
- Compliance - Collaborates with the Director of Commercial Lending to review and suggest updates to policies and procedures that help achieve commercial lending goals and objectives, ensuring adherence to law, regulations, and Board and executive guidance.
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience in commercial lending.
- M.B.A or master's degree in related discipline.
