Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will take on (partial) project management early on in an exciting technical environment. You will lead national transformation projects in the industrial and service sectors, with a focus on process and organizational development.
You will analyze existing business processes and be responsible for identifying and implementing improvement potentials along the value chain in terms of cost, time, and quality. You will define measures and monitor their progress.
You will independently coordinate and moderate between the involved teams and departments.
You will take responsibility for scheduling and process planning, as well as process control.
You are proficient in project management methods and can apply their techniques in all project phases.

Successfully completed studies in (industrial) engineering or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you have chosen a focus on IT technology.
At least 1 year of professional experience in the automotive project area or requirements management in a corporate or consulting environment | Knowledge of project management and agile methodology | Excellent communication skills as an interface between departments and IT | Occasional willingness to travel | Knowledge in the areas of cybersecurity | control units | IT interfaces in vehicles | Ideally, production and development know-how.
Mastery of project management tools in theory and practice.
