Your Responsibilities

• Managing a workshop and motivating the workshop team
• Maintenance, repair, and upkeep of high-quality bicycles and e-bikes
• Invoicing using our computerized merchandise management system (Veloport)
• Repair intake and distribution
• Final inspection of repaired bicycles
• Assigning planned orders within the service team
• Point of contact for technical inquiries from the team
• Customer-oriented complaint handling
• Technical support during repair intake
• Providing further education for employees
• Cash register supervision

Your Profile

• Completed training as a bicycle mechanic master
• High level of social competence
• Bicycles and e-bikes are a way of life for you
• Ability to work independently
• High quality standards for work performed
• Awareness of your role model function
