Your tasks:
- Support of our CAFM system (WAVEWARE)
- Independent identification and resolution of application problems using a ticket management system
- Training, consulting and support of users
- Data maintenance
- Completed technical training or degree
- Programming skills and knowledge of SQL desired
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Good knowledge of English desired
