    We are seeking a Clinical Director And Lead Dental Assistant to become a part of our team You will coordinate dental care, inventory of supplies, patient communication, and oversee instrument sterilization/processing

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee dental service activities and personnel
    • Entering treatment plans in Dentrix
    • Work collaboratively with office team members to ensure outstanding patient care
    • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
    • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in dental offices as an assistant. Expanded duty training (EFDA) is preferred.
    • Experience in a managerial role
    • Experience with Dentrix office management software
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
