Overview:


We are currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping expertise to support our dynamic team.

This job is Part-time 2 days a week, may evolve to full-time

As an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and contributing to the efficiency of our financial processes


Your responsibilities will include:

Bookkeeping Duties:


  • Coordinating accounts receivables and payables.
  • Processing accounts payable invoices by reconciling purchase orders to invoices.
  • Reconciling daily and weekly visa and case credit transactions.
  • Conducting financial tasks such as general ledger reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and balance aging reports.

Administrative Support:


  • Answering phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information in our ERP system (Odoo).
  • Responding swiftly to customer inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Updating company files and records.
  • Providing administrative support to the CFO.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software; QuickBooks knowledge preferred, will train on Odoo.
  • Ability to perform key accounting functions, including general ledger reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
